Client Outcome

The client outcome service measures indicators of outcome – the change in clients’ lives that is plausibly associated with the financial service provider’s services – using the data already collected by the financial institution and/or additional data collected through a client survey. The indicators used to measure change are aligned to the SPTF universal outcome indicators and are selected and adapted based on a financial service provider’s mission and theory of change.

Social Performance Roadmap

Based on the social rating results, the social performance roadmap helps financial service providers improve their social performance management systems, enhance mission-alignment and achieve better social performance results. Financial service providers can choose between three types of social roadmaps depending on their needs, i.e. Social Workshop, Social Action Guide or Social Action Plan.
